8 DAYS MAASAI MARA -NAKURU -NAIVASHA -AMBOSELI.

Early morning pick up from the airport/hotel to our office to meet with members of a small group for the safari. Thereafter depart for Maasai Mara making stops at the Great Rift valley viewpoint for sightings of this geographical feature that has its origins in Israel, later stop at Narok for lunch. Arrive in the afternoon, check-in, relax and later you can opt to have a visit to Masai village at an extra cost. Maasai Mara National Reserve has one of Kenya’s vast plains filled with a variety of animals it is also best known for wildebeest migration that usually happens in the months of July to October, which is one of the world natural Wonder, there is also great wildlife viewing all year round. This day, it is not only used for a full-day game viewing but also is when the exciting optional activity of hot air balloon safari is done. For the balloon safari, you will need to rise up at the crack of dawn so that you can be airborne just before sunrise, this magical experience is later followed by a champagne breakfast. Breakfast at the camp then check out, this morning can be spent with an Optional visit to a Maasai village to learn about the culture and traditions of the Maasai people. Depart for Nakuru, lunch en route, with scenic distant views of Mt.Longonot and Lake Naivasha. On arrival in the afternoon, check in and relax at your chosen accommodation.

After breakfast you will proceed on a game drive in Lake Nakuru Park, known for its prolific bird-life including flamingos. The park contains a sanctuary for the conservation of the white rhino while species like Cape Buffalo and Waterbuck can be seen near the shoreline–enjoy a hot lunch and drive to Naivasha–you have a boat ride and visit the crescent island, in this fresh water lake to go and see hippos and fish eagles at an extra cost. After breakfast, have a nature walk in the Hell’s Gate National Park. You may hire bicycles to cycle in this only. There are over 100 species of birds in the park, including vultures, Verreaux’s Eagles, Augur Buzzard, and Swifts. African Buffalo, Zebra, Eland, Hartebeest, Thomson’s Gazelle, and Baboons are also common. The park is also home to Klipspringer Antelope and Chanler’s Mountain Reedbuck the park has attractions like the Olkaria and Hobley’s, two extinct volcanoes and the obsidian forms from the cool molten lava. Within Hell’s Gate is the Hells Gate Gorge, lined with red cliffs which contains two volcanic plugs. Later drive to Amboseli with lunch en route. Amboseli National park is popularly known for its large elephants and spectacular view of Mt.Kilimanjaro. Arrive in the afternoon check in, and relax at your chosen accomodation

Early breakfast, followed by a full-day game drive. At this park herds of elephants can be seen drinking at one of the swampy springs, which traces its source from the Kili’s ice cap. Break for lunch thereafter continue with an extensive wildlife drive, sightings of animals such as buffalos, wildebeest, zebras, impala, lions, leopards, cheetahs, jackals, hyenas, and several cats can be spotted. In the afternoon one can opt for the optional activity of visiting the Masai village, the cost of this visit is paid directly to the Masai elders. Dinner and overnight at your chosen accommodation.
