Visa & Entry Requirements

Visitors require:

Gorilla Trekking Health Rules

In Bwindi Impenetrable National Park:

  • Minimum age: 15 years

  • Must not be sick (gorillas are vulnerable to human illness)

  • Maintain 7-meter distance

  • Trek can last 2–6 hours

  • June – September (dry season)

  • December – February

  • Rainy seasons: March–May & October–November
